Dollars & Sense was developed 30 years ago by College Funding Solutions, Inc to have a method to analyze a family's financial situation to determine if a student would qualify for need based financial aid. It also will identify assets and 529 College Savings Plans that could be counted against the student on the FAFSA hence decreasing their offers for aid. Bill as a Financial Advisor would then be able to advise the family on how to re-position those assets that would benefit the student FAFSA Profile, while still working as a productive asset.
